Echeveria Lau 022 Alfred Lau
A dwarf gem of a plant with typical showy orange- red and yellow flowers in Spring and early summer- another of my favourites. Its origin is presumably Mexico collected by Lau. Fairly easy to grow and propagate, it slowly produces offsets around the base of the stem. My 3 year old plant is 9 cm across by 4 cm high.

Grown in good light it will produce many orange /yellow flowers on short sturdy stems. In the winter, conditions should be just enough water to stop drying out at a temperature of 5/6ºC, this will keep it happy from mid October to mid March. New plants can be produced from offsets and cuttings. I have not tried rooting leaves and flowering stems as yet but it seems likely that this will be OK.
