Echeveria x kircheriana Greassner
A nice tidy plant with bright cheerful flowers throughout the growing season - one of my favourites. Its origin is uncertain, possibly being a hybrid of E. derenbergii and one of the E. x graessneri complex. Easy to grow and propagate, it produces lots of offsets around the base of the stem. Ultimate height is about 10 cm.

Grown in good light it will produce many orange /yellow flowers on short sturdy stems. The winter conditions should be enough water to stop drying out at a temperature of 4/5ºC, this will keep it happy from mid October to mid March. New plants can be produced from offsets, cuttings, leaves and rooting the flowering stem before the buds develop.
