Euphorbia primulifolia - Backer
Inflorescence- two groups of cyathium (flowers)
in this case one on each side of the plant, the species is variable
in that the cyathophylls (coloured bracts) can be white, pink or violet.
I was lucky in that white is the most showy, but even better they can
be distinctly dentate (ref. The Euphorbia Journal vol. 8 page 54).

The difference between the male and female
organs can be clearly seen.
The pollen was not available at the time of taking the pictures, I did
try to pollinate the flowers later but was not successful as no seed
capsules developed.
