Echeveria unnamed hybrid.G Rollason.
An excellent unnamed hybrid from E. shaviana cv Pink Frills x E. nodulosa raised by Mr Gordon Rollason of South Africa. I acquired my first plant as a leaf cutting in 1983.
The plant makes a single rosette up to 15 cm Ø and slowly produces solitary offsets one at a time over long periods.
Leaf colour varies thru the year being pink, red and green in the summer, purple and mahogany red in the winter if kept on the dry side. The inflorescence is an insignificant trailing stem topped with pink flowers.

CULTIVATION is reasonably easy using a well drained C & S compost in very good light and kept well ventilated. Dead leaves accumulate under the rosettes which if left can rot the main stem.

PROPAGATION can be by leaf cuttings which are fairly successful. Offsets do occasionally develop these root easily but the resulting plant is not as good as from leaves.
