Cultivation is easy:
a normal C & S compost, plenty of light, plus a
minimum temperature of 2ºC and care with watering in the winter.
Propagation very easy: by leaves or offsets most of which succeed.
Replant every year and keep a supply of rooted offsets in case of damping
off under the large spread of offsets.
